What do I do if my item was damaged in shipping?
In the event that the item arrives damaged, please contact us IMMEDIATELY in order for us to file a claim with the shipping service and ship out a replacement to you as soon as possible. Please retain the damaged contents and packaging in case further inspection is required be the shipping provider.
