What is the current turnaround time for custom signs?


Our turnaround is ~ 1-3 days for a custom proof ~2-4 days on a sign that needs minimal changes ~1 week for a full custom sign These are just estimates and some custom orders need special attention and time to create. If you are on a tight deadline please contact us to make arrangements. Please keep in mind that the actual shipping time will vary depending on your shipping address. The shipping time should be added to the turnaround times listed above. Please note that if the digital proof is not approved in a timely manner, your order CAN BE DELAYED. If you are local, you can make arrangements to pick up the sign from our shop. Just call before to give us a heads up!




What's included in the shipping?


Packaging materials to protect your new sign (cardboard backing, corner protectors, foam, crinkle paper, heavy cardboard boxes etc.) ~Insurance for total value ~Full tracking number




What if my sign is delayed while in transit?


We understand that this can be frustrating but unfortunately we cannot control the external circumstances of the shipping process and will not be help responsible.




I need this as soon as possible. Do you rush ship?


Of course! We will do our best to accommodate you with an ADDITIONAL FEE. Please message us direcrly with the exact date of when you will be needing the item(s) by.




What do I do if my item was damaged in shipping?


In the event that the item arrives damaged, please contact us IMMEDIATELY in order for us to file a claim with the shipping service and ship out a replacement to you as soon as possible. Please retain the damaged contents and packaging in case further inspection is required be the shipping provider.




What is the return policy for personalized and non personalized items?


Personalized items: Unfortunately, all customs orderse are FINAL SALE. This is due to the custom nature of our products and the extra time and effort that is required. We appreciate your understanding! NON-personalized items: We would be happy to accommodate returns if you contact us within 3 days of receiving your package and ship back to us within 14 days of delivery. Please keep in mind that the item(s) must be unused and undamaged and that you are responsible for the cost related to return shipping.
